I'm a few weeks from pouring the basement floor in my barn conversion, so starting to shop around for DIY install. I saw this in home hardware the other day and thought they would make installation so much easier. Ie looked simple and easy to do http://www.nudura.com/Libraries/Marketing_Department/HydroFoamInfoSheet_ND1303E.sflb.ashx Any one used them? Good, bad or indifferent?

It's the knobbly stuff that pex just clicks into...

I'm reading that you don't require vapour barrier or steel mesh?

Does it work any one? I've 3000 sqft to lay and I want it to be an easy install.

Have not used Nudura's product but have used similar and was happy with it.

OP - is this a new pour or over an existing slab?

Hi it's a new pour over re excavated floor, DIY install of panels and hydronic pipes...
We're happy to have found a local concrete guy this week who has worked with this stuff commercially, and also polishes concrete.
