I'm remodeling and about to install joist traks under the subfloors (over crawlspace) and install engineered floors above. Should I install the floors first as nail down and than the joist traks after grinding off the nails that went through? Or should I glue down the floors instead? Also, any advice on underlayment to be used? Thanks, Tim
