Items that cause restriction to flow in hydronic radiant heating system

Many things can cause restriction to flow. 1. Air in system 2. Cavitation 3. Kink in a pipe 4. Bad check valve 5. Bad pump 6. Bad flow meter 7. Bad isolation vavles 8. Bad mixing valve 9. Too long a run for diameter of pipe Have i missed anything??????

Someone dropped some concrete in a tube. Or the heat exchanger.
With pressure and flow meters, it should be straight-forward to track down (at least where you can get access).
