Copeland Compressor Shipping bolts?

Can someone please confirm that these are the copeland compressor shipping bolts circled in red?

These are the bolts which must be left in place .The compressor should have some play on the rubber resiilent mounts. If they are locked down then back them off about a half a turn and call it good.

I have two units - the one shown is the packaged unit - they have bolts and washers.
My split unit has bolts with sleeves -
All of these should stay in place only backed out - Correct?
The literature that came with the climatemaster units states to remove the shipping bolts on the compressor but does not clarify the location

Reach around back for an additional bolt...it should be tagged as a shipping bolt. The circled ones on the "ears" of the compressor baseplate must remain.
