I have a passive solar house that requires the main fan to run to distribute the solar gains around the house. The TT30 has enough CFM when running to do this, but when not running the standard fan CFM is far too low. Is there a way to tell the TT30 to turn the fan to "high speed" even when the compressor is not doing anything? There are a lot of wires that seem like it would do this (manually putting the fan in Stage 2 Heat Mode, for example) but I can't find enough information on how to do this.

yes there is a dip switch for that. It should be documented in the manual.

I have looked through the manual many times, and I couldn't find such a dip switch. There is a dip switch to set the "standard fan" to one of 4 levels, but the highest speed is 870cfm. When the heater is in "Stage 2", the fan is capable of 1850cfm. I could find no way to make "standard fan" speed go so high while the compressor is off (i.e. unless some stage is active).

Sorry about that. You are right. There is not a dip switch for that. It probably can be done with a relay and a little creativity. Is this unit newly installed? the TE30 would allow you set max speed in fan only mode.

The idea I had was to open the breakers to Aux heat (which I shouldn't need) and ask the thermostat to use only Aux heat when I need "high speed fan". I think this will work as long as the thermostat and TT30 can call for Aux without engaging the compressor. It will just assume Aux heat is on and will run the fan at high speed, circulating the solar heat, until the thermostat tells it to use Stage 1 again.

You can try putting a jumper on G and W on the board and keep the breakers off at the panel

Yes, I think this would work too. I could have a switch labeled "WINTER" that optionally jumpered G and W and forced Aux mode which would always keep the fan on high. From what I read, it seems this is a totally valid mode for the Climatmaster (Aux + Compressor Heat) but it may cause some sort of conflict to have it on in cooling mode (Aux + Compresser Cool) which I don't plan to do anyway.
