I just bought a new house had it for about three months and my GeoComfort is not cooling it as of yesterday... I noticed that yesterday was the first time my thermostat ever display "System on + 2". General speaking it just display's "System on". I have looked at the control board and it has a yellow light that is flashing and then after some time turns solid. What I have done so far is cleaned my condensation drain line the white pipe in the picture and also have cleaned the tray that holds the water as it was pretty gummy in there. This has made no difference and im out of ideas. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Please let me know if I need to supply any more information.

A yellow light indicates a Condensate Overflow fault. If flashing, the unit will re-try to start. If solid, the unit is locked out. Are you sure it's a yellow light and not an orange light? The blinking green light on the lower right is the status light, just above that is the yellow condensate light. Above that is a red light, then an orange light and then a green light. Did you cycle the power off and on after cleaning the pan?

If you Google "SCM-183-16" you will find the Flow Plus Mini-Tabs. Order a container of them for your drain pan. They will help keep the gunk from growing in the pan and trap.
