My heat pump (Model NSW050A13NCC) has a "FF" code on display panel. The standby light and primary light are on as well.
I tried recycling the power at the disconnect. Unit powers up with "FF" error.
This error code is not in my manual. Anyone have further info on this code?
A Google search pointed to a possible issue with the logic program being erased or corrupted.
I will contact WF in morning and report back to this board.

Just a FYI for anyone lucky enough to experience this problem.
The FF code is a problem with logic on the board being corrupted.
There is a procedure to reset the problem. If that procedure is ineffective then you have to replace the control card.
Second problem with my WF in 4 years. We will see what the future holds.
Of course WF will not give you any help directly and pawn you off to a local distributor if your lucky enough to have one.
