Hello, I'm located in South Lyon, MI, 48178. I have a 6 year old 4ton Earthlinked system that I am continuosly having problems with every spring upon the start of the cooling season. Every spring, for the first 2-3 weeks, when I use the system for cooling, the heat exchanger will freeze up after 30 to 40 minutes of run time. Have to shut the system down for several hours to allow for defrost. Spoke directly to Earthlink, several times, they said to replace the CAV, cooling assist valve, and inline filter. I have last spring and still the problem continues. My installer is out of answers. Looking for a recommended technician to come out and take a look. I think I need a set of "fresh eyes" on my issue. |
