The good thing about this underlayment, that we've realized as we got more into the construction process, was that the roof itself didn't hold up any of the interior work. We have a metal roof, and we had to wait for a bit to get it, but the builder was able to do work on the interior while we waited, since this underlayment is fully waterproof. The inside was protected, so, for example, he built our entertainment center and didn't have to worry about water seeping through the felt.
Cheers!
