In my continuing search for energy efficient housing, I learned about this company in Memphis Tennessee named Best Domes Instant Structures, built like a giant ice cooler, the double fiberglass shell sandwiches a core of urethane foam and a Thermal Barrier Foil insulation for a very high energy efficient dome R-28.
It is constructed of molded fiberglass with permanent colors, the dome never needs painting and requires little or no outside maintenance, with the exception of an occasional washing.
Dome Houses have been subjected to hurricanes in Florida and tornadoes in Mississippi with no structural damage.
A Dome house on Navarre Beach, Florida took a direct hit from Hurricane Opal in 1995. The Dome house withstood 144 MPH winds and 18 foot tidal waves - with no damage.

Where to start, how about low resale value; low curb appeal; a properly built home should not be prone to snow and ice damage as website lists as benefit; 1/3 less outside surface claim is bogus since most structures are insulated at ceiling plane, not roof plane; R28 for wall AND ceiling is not great, a 24x24 structure with R19 walls and R50 ceiling averages R32 or higher assuming 2x6 construction, and you can wire your exterior walls as a bonus; relies on silicone to weatherproof it, not a good idea.

Basically looks like garbage, I would find out what grade bolts are to bolt panels together, should be stainless, how are the lexan (seriously, weak) windows flashed, how is exterior wiring handled, is there a spline and cap for seams.
Kind of a disaster relief for third world country building, I dont know if I could pull a permit for this.
