    Has anyone had experince with Unico chiller system for cooling?

If you are referring to the Unico High-Velocity AC systems, yes, including in my own home.

A "chiller" type system is usually commercial in nature due to its cost, so I am assuming you mean a regular AC system with an outside condensor unit.

Sorry so late with answer but yes this is what i was talking about it was on this old house where i saw it. Have you installed it yet?
