Cant find it locally and they will only ship a pallett load of it at an exorbitant  cost. BTW I am in the SC Area.

We have it locally in the Toronto area building supply yards. Similar materials will not be the same and looking for alternatives may not work for some applications. www.magnesiacore.com has various applications and uses shown. Depending on the application you have in mind alternative methods are possible for doing the same work with different total installed cost. Sometimes the extra shipping costs involved are not too much for getting the saving in time and labor to do the work vs some other way which may take more time and labor.

look at gigacrete. Google them - a fine product. Plastermax for the inside and stuccomax for the outside.

I talked with a person at GIGAGRETE today, he would not recommend their product for a conditioned crawlspace. I have a feeling he is not entirely informed as to what a conditioned crawlspace is
