Hello All,
I was hoping someone would provide some insight on the best banks to use for construction to permanent (30yr) loans, specifically for green(er) projects. By best, I mean easy to ork with, easy draft process and inspections, low inspection fees, good rates, and fair construction completion appraisal process (i.e. considering green features in the appraisal). I'd rather find a local bank in North Carolina, but I believe that there other banks that do business with customers in other states.
Anyone wanting to make a recomendation and/or share their experiences? |
