Does anyone have any experience with installing a vent and intake for a HE NG Furnace when the home has a wrap around porch? I see that they go through the wall with these. Having the pipes come out of the wall under the porch, I think, Would allow a buildup of gasses, mix the exhaust and intake. Any ideas besides running a roof stack?

Venting the exhaust of a furnace under a porch wouldn't meet code anywhere.

Depending on clearances to operable windows and total run length limit issues it might make it with an exterior stack to bring it above the porch roof.

Will the wrap around porch have a deck or concrete cap?

It will be 8' wide around entire house, standard treated pine boards with 3.5/12 metal roof. No concrete, only in the footing tubes. I should probably ask an hvac person.

Run the intake and exaust  under the porch and out.  You might have to upsize the piping one size if you are over the limit for max distance for the original pipe.    Make sure the pipe inlet and outlet are high enough that you don't have problems from snow buildup.  You don't want to dump all that moisture under the deck.

As Eric said, treat the side of the deck as if it was the side of the house, just extend the venting an additional 8'. Depending on fixture location, an additional 8' should be too big of deal, consult a professional.
