I am in Massachusetts and interested in a 10kw solar system and 1-2 3k VAWT on my roof. I have no issues with permitting and installation but I hear horror stories about the paperwork for the carbon credits and rebates. Is there anyone I can hire to complete the paperwork online? I built this home myself and all the plumbing/geo/radiant/electric was completed by me. Im sure I will have no issue with this solar wind project, just the documents. Rick
