Hi, I'm about to install douglas fir floors. Are there any suggestions for a non toxic, natural finish? Looking at Penofin Verde. We want to achieve a matte, non yellowing finish. Thks in advance.

check out OSMO ployx-oil. aka Hardwax. It's not as hard as Swedish or other water-based finish but very beautiful. We had it throughout our house for almost 10 years and it's still holding up.
