Interesting to see some of that lumber from 1922. You can immediately tell the difference in density when compared to modern lumber. They did a lot of work to save and restore that home but it looks very well done.

The Cascadia Fiberglass windows have some really awesome performance numbers; U-value < 0.20 - They get great air sealing numbers < 0.03 and DP Ratings of > 70 psf.
