I'm sure the Building Materials Reuse Association http://www.bmra.org/ would have some resources you could use.

The company I worked with, Historic Flooring specializes in reclaimed flooring produced from antique Heart Pine, Oak and Wormy Chestnut. The wood was rescued from old barns, factories, cotton mills and other antique structures, many of which are Circa 1700s 1800s. It is then kiln dried, milled and recycled to produce a stunning floor.
The reclaimed paneling and wainscoting is made from recycled red or gray barn wood. The reclaiming process produces a variety of pieces. Large hand-hewn beams originally hand cut and shaped using only a broad-blade axe by pioneers in the early 1800's were used to support old barns and other structures and have new life as a rustic fireplace mantel, or a counter or bar top.  The end result of these projects is stunning!

There are client photos on their websit showing the wide plank flooring, red barn wood paneling and hand hewn fireplace mantels...
