Another document which may be of interest to those working on the commercial building side is the Sustainable Building Technology Manual.

Before you get too excited, I will warn you in advance that:

1.  This document was sponsored by the DOE and EPA... it is not an easy read.
2.  It is long.....almost 300 pages.
3.  Despite its name, it is more of an academic document than a technical document.
4.  It was published in 1996, so it is a bit dated.

It does give you a lot of "consider this" points to think about.

Those doing (or thinking about doing) government work may find it useful.
