I don't think it officially exists yet.  I think it is just finishing the committee and voting stage and the intent is to officially roll it out as subsets of 2009 LEED NC (for new construction built as retail space) and 2009 LEED Commercial Interiors (for retail space built in a C&S or existing building).  There may be some pilot programs underway, but I have not been very good at keeping up with recent changes.

I have not read anything about LEED Retail, its specific content or how it is scored.  The USGBC website probably has the best info.
