I'll choose bamboo floors for my house flooring. Because the characteristics of the bamboo is flexible and strong as building material. And bamboo floors is the materials' ability to defy the current hot temperature.

Some tropical hardwoods are completely safe with water. For example, ipe and teak are used in showers and boats.

Wood floors are not ideal for bathrooms or kitchens because they can be warped by moisture!
