I'd like to hire a consultant to help decide what sort of heat system would work best in my 1890s building.

The oil boiler is shot, and I'm considering an electric boiler. But that would probably mean installing more hot water radiators on the top floor (and removing the baseboard electrics which have been compensating).

What sort of specialist should I talk to for unbiased input on the best heating design for this particular building?
