Insulate ceiling in passive solar shed roof design?

In a passive solar home with a simple shed roof, how would people recommend insulating the ceiling? This is a single level home, so there would be no attic. Thanks in advance for your advice. -Mike S.

I would assume the house will have vaulted ceilings, so SIPS would seem the best choice.
I know that is the method I would use for my own home.
