Depending on the size of the house that you are looking to build, if it were me, I don't know if I would incorporate ICF and the geothermal, because in my opinion you will run into a diminished rate of return on the investment of the geothermal HVAC. I am sure that there may be some that disagree with me, but that's just my opinion. If the house is going to be substantial in size (12,000 sqft or so), my opinion could change.

That being said, if I were you I would contact Richard Rue and his firm Energywise Structures out of McKinny Texas. The company website is

Though they are a not in Houston, they should be more than capable of helping you with exactly what you are looking to do. They can also give you their professional opinion on the ICF with geothermal. I have worked with them and they are a pretty solid group.
