I Will be building a 50 x 30 SIP single floor on a heated slab in NH. The house will have a truss roof with 2" of insulated sheathing taped and straped for drywall on the bottom of the trusses then filled with rolux insulation to give me around r60. The walls will be 9' R38 SIPs with tripple pane windows....Just wondering if anyone had any words of wisdom before I jump into this type of project.

Why the truss roof when SIPs are available?
