My bad. My house is slab on grade and mye price included 4 inches of flatwork, so subtract $2-$3lk.

$20-21 is the market price down here. There is a company in Terrebonne that I bought icf's from for a project in Plastburgh NY a number of years ago. I'll see if they still produce a product. Shipping is always a concern even with small jobs. The name of the company is Fransyl Lytee
