Per various references, moisture condensation in the wall is normally caused almost completely by air flow through the wall - out while heating, in while cooling.  This air flow is caused by pressures differences that come from wind, stack effect, and forced ventilation (wood stove, exhaust fans, vents, etc).  All of these are highly variable.  So would it be possible to measure and actively manage this pressure differential?  Ie, pressure sensors and fans that would always maintain the right pressure to prevent warm, moist air from moving towards the colder surface?  Ie, make sure that the house never sees any positive pressure in the winter?
