Hi all.. Framing begins on my little double-stud wall house in a week or two and I'm not sure what products to order for sealing rim joist and sheathing (to top and bottom plates). I was thinking an EPDM 1 1/2" gasket at bottom of LVL rim, then adhesive caulk on top (under subfloor). For plywood sheathing, I was thinking of peel and stick foam tape, but how thick? I was thinking 3/8/ x 3/8" might do it...(?) Thanks much for comments etc... -michael in Wisconsin.
