It would be interesting to have a roll call from those who regularly buy, or who have recently bought concrete and find out what everyone is paying.

Of course the price changes depending on how much you buy and what mix. But you know, on average, what are you paying for a cubic yard of concrete (and in what general geographical area if you don't mind adding that).

It would be very helpful to me, and I'm sure to others, to hear the results. So come on, what are you paying?

$71.50 for 3500 p.s.i. mix, but understand that we as the ICF distributor cut these deals with the suppliers under a 2000 plus yd a year understanding. If one of our customers that doesn't use concrete on a regular basis purchased without our deal they would pay around 90.00. This is just another advantage we offer over our competition. We are in Michigan and I know of friends who pay 59.00 in Wisconsin.

$95.00 per yd. for the 3000 psi ICF mix. Used to be $105 about 4 months ago! We have the same deal as walltech. Aligned with a ready mix supplier and we can provide our customers a "package" deal that equates to about $84 a yd.

Yeah I was quoted $110 per yard (3500psi, pea gravel icf mix) a few months ago. Right now were right around $90-100 depending on the supplier. $84 is a very good price. Its amazing the price differences across the country.

Wow! I'm glad to see it coming back down in price! Last time I purchased some(9 months ago), I paid 120/yrd for the driveway. Now I wish gas would come back down to earth!!

Amazing how it fluctuates. I guess the price probably changes with the season, too. In winter when construction slows down in some places the price may be cheaper than in the warmer months?

I wonder if the prices have backed down any on the gulf coast? I know they were outrageous for a while after all the destruction.

In Wis north $78 5 bag mix 3/4 crush rock no additives

 south $98 5 bag mix 3/4 crush rock no additives

Wow!!! I'm here outside Aspen/Glenwood springs Colorado and they are slamming us for around 140-150 for the 3000 icf mix.

Hey guys and Gals if applicable, you all are lucky, we pay from 105.00 w/o tax to 120.00 w/o tax in E TN and it varies between county lines and days of the week.

As you might guess, I speak to mud orderers throughout the US and Canada. The range I am given has been $68 (from the brother-in-law) in OK to $245 for an island off the coast of NC. National average would be about $100/cu yd for 3,000-3,500 psi. Interesting stuff!

If anybody is interested in calculating concrete cost in various senarios this Concrete Cost Per Yard tool seems to work pretty good. I found that it works better in the firefox browser.

I was quoted a few weeks ago at $105 per cu yd here in Spokane, Washington. Though they said depending on the order amount, they could get it the price under $100.
