Newbie to this forum and looking for some suggestions.  Moved into our new house built by the local BOCES in the fall of 2008.  We have an Arxx basement which we have enjoyed this past winter.  Seeing that we have a walk out basement and sloped sides I need to cover the Arxx in these areas.  Covering needed is about 600 sq. ft.
What we have looked into so far is:
1. Covering the walk out basement area with siding and then parging the rest.
2. Covering the Arxx with stone looking vinyl (About $300 per square 10 x 10)
3. Covering it with cultured stone (About $400 per square)
4. Parging all of it

Looking for other alternatives to cover the Arxx.  Thanks

What usually looks best is manufactured stone, look at Tri-Lite Stone or Boulder Creek. Or what kind of siding is the rest of your house? I would not cover a large area with parge coat. And plastic/vinyl stones hideous.
