Built a 30 foot monolithic concrete dome in Inverness, Florida and applied 3 inches of closed cell 3 lb urethane foam to the exterior

congratulations,

but aren't most domes built with the foam on the inside of the membrane,followed by reinforced concrete?
this creates a great use of thermal mass

If you leave the airform in place that is the technique. Reusing airform the concrete is sprayed from the outside then foam

The 30 foot dome located at 7575 E Ringer Court Inverness 34453
The dome is for sale owner financing at pre construction prices currently $85,000 1/2 acre
Usiing 3 lb closed cell foam in the exterior will prevent water intrusion and the heat will never reach the concrete.
