I am looking for some feedback on the various ICF systems ( cost vs features ) . Any to avoid ? Anyone tried the owens corning pink ICF blocks ?

Fold-Forms do not compare with "premium" ICFs. Check into local distributors, BuildBlock and Fox Block. You want an ICF that has at least 2.5" EPS each side, full height ties/attachment points and preferably flippable.
If you are considering all stucco and masonry exterior consider composite ICFs.

We are going with Hardi Plank siding.

With lap siding you should go with a premium ICF.
