Insuldeckflorida,
Where in the wall is the insulation - inside, outside, middle? What type of insulation is in the panels - EPS, XPS, Polyurethane? What is the maximum length for a 10' tall panel? How thick are the panels for a residence? How are the panels connected and sealed? Is the panel formed on site or factory? Would the Tilt Wall Panel system be available around Orlando FL? |

From a quick read, these are like one sided ICFs. Ie, foam on the inside but exposed concrete on the outside. Poured on site, interior side down and then titled up.

Insulation can go inside or outside, and w/ stiffening ribs can go very high. Widths are governed by several things, so how long do you want them? 30 ft max is a good rule, and not more than 50 ft or you'll likely get cracking probs. Actually, insuldeckflorida is the best place to get information. |
