Hi everyone,
My name is Ryan, I live in Utah and I am looking for some hands-on work with ICFs.

I have been reading these forums for several months (this is my first post) and I really like what I am hearing about ICFs. I am currently taking construction classes from Utah Valley University and working on learning as much as I can about ICFs, as I think they are a quality product.
After reading many posts it seems the most important thing when building an ICF home is getting a contractor with a lot of experience. At this point I am not looking to become a contractor or build a home right away I am just taking a step forward and looking for the experience. To that end I wanted to throw this post up and see if anyone would be willing to have me come see a home being built or even helping with the construction of a home. I am willing to travel so please don't hesitate to send me info from out of state.
Also if there is a better way to go about this please let me know.

Ryan

Keep me posted as well if you can with pictures and your experience with the Hobbs Building System.  I'm currently doing some design work with Hobbs and would like practical input from installers as well.  What I put on paper does not mean its the best way to put it together.
