I am about to close on a lot and I am 100% committed to building my new house on it using ICF construction. Now that we have a place to put a house, it's time to start planning the house itself.  It seems like a good idea to get a dialogue started with some ICF contractors early in the design process. I'm interested in hearing from any local ICF contractors/builders as well as anyone who has built with ICFs in the area and really liked their contractor. The house will be in Keller.
Thanks,
Jeff

Contact Norman Williams 972-365-6511. He is just north of Fort Worth and does ICF work all over the DFW area. You can also try Ian Giesler 817-307-2200. He also does a ton of work in that area.

I'm not in the area, but there is a well known group called Anderson Sargent Custom Builders. Jim Sargent, ph: 972-617-9897 www.andersonsargent.com They built the first zero energy house in North Texas and won the 2006 National Builder of the year.(NAHB award)

If you don't already have a structural engineer selected, I will be happy to provide those services. You will at Least need one for the foundation system because of the soils here in North Texas. Feel free to contact me through my profile or check out my sponsor ad Somewhere on this site.

I can highly recommend Ian Giesler for the install (as mentioned above). His website is here: http://www.icfhomes.com
He stacked and poured our home in Dec 2004.

Our builder is boutique, and only builds in Lakewood/Lake Highlands/M-Streets Dallas areas, so it would not work out for you way out in Keller.

I met Norman Williams when I was investigating ICF back in 2004. He showed me around to a lot of homes he was building in the Cedar Hill area. He's a great guy!

Jeff,

I am a ICF installer in the DFW area and would be very interested in looking at your project.  We currently have several different jobs going on in the area and would be happy to take you to them as well as meet with home owners that we have built for.

Thank you,

Dwayne Skow
