Interesting, I read SABS can use eps up to 16inches. Especially for walls, I wonder how they can keep strength with the relatively thin GFRC coating. You'd think at some point the eps would be real weak like pulling apart an oreo cookie.
If you view the PDF file on the web site for the construction schedule it shows the walls and roof made with OSB SIPS.
