Hello everyone, Post numero uno but I've been scouring the forums for a few months in preparation for building our home in FL. Thank you to all who've contributed to this site, it's a great resource for someone like myself who's trying to learn about new building practices. We're moving 10 miles south and will use a contractor-I'm not a builder. I recently became aware of a panelized but cast-in-place wall system mfg'd in FL by EBS or Efficient Building Systems and I'd like to learn more about them. I've spoken with their sales dept, read their design guide and I'm impressed with their method of "skinning the cat". I'm surprised that I found virtually no info about them on this forum. Has anyone dealt with this company or their products? If so, please comment on your experience. For reference, they used the name E-Wall and Efficient Wall Systems in the past. The panels are constructed of 2" EPS on 4" or 6" steel studs and shipped with furring strips, ready to pour. I intend to check their references-this is part of that process.
