I'm interested in building a home in Mt Sterling, OH  and am needing the assistance of a GC/Supervisor who has built using ICF.  Also, we intend to use steel framing interior walls.  Geothermal heating and cooling, solar power & wind turbine hybrid system.  The list goes on somewhat but I have a contractor for the hybrid system and an excavator.  From advise of some of the helpful people on the this board I would need some help from the GC as well.  Please email me asap if you are an interested GC/supervisor.
