Hi there, has anyone built or had built an ICF home in the Ottawa area.  We're just planning an infill project (3-story "skinny") and I am strongly considering ICF.  My brother-in-law used to distribute Polycrete and he swears by the product.  If anone has any advice or opninions about products and builders and architects who are used to working with ICF, I'd very much appreciate it.

I'm planning on building a ICF home near Ottawa in the spring 2011. The lot is being cleared now so I need info on cost per sq ft, contractors and any suggestion you might have.

I know of a distributor/installer in eastern ontario, I beleive its about 30 min. from ottawa, I beleive they're called emm group. One of my friends said they also had a show room.
I'll try and find their number. Let me know how it goes.
