We were asked to help finish a house with Benchmark ICFs. I have never used these. 8-9 years ago we use Fold-Form, but I don't remember the details much. The ICFs for the main level are up and bracing is mostly on. What are the special considerations for these ICFs?

They only have 2" of EPS per side. I didn't think they made them anymore like that. It's usually 2.5" per side, that extra 1" total bumps the R-Value by 4 points. So the Benchmark ICF will have a R-Value of R-16 instead of R-20.
