The Fox Sales rep in your territory is a great guy. His name is Randy. He can answer any questions you might have prior to purchase

I looked at all of the locally available brands, just doing a stem wall but the 8' and folding did it.

Also Dustin was helpful locating dealers.

Also using the fab-form for footers I think

By any chance was it Dustin Larsen that helped you? Fab-form is amazing product. Have used on several projects and really enjoy the quickness it can provide.

Yes it is. I look forward to helping you along the way with the build. I may also have a wholesaler of the Fab form I can get you in contact with and get a better pricing as well. We can talk more about that as the build moves further along.

BuildBlock, in my opinion, is the most useable, best thoight out ICF. No discussion necessary, lol

We just roofed our BB house. Stacked a 3000 sf house/garage in 2-8 hour days, 7 courses for 9' ceilings. Poured all the walls in 2 hours on the 3rd day. 13 window, 4 walk doors, 2 garage doors. And I am not a contractor, builder or construction guy. I am a towboat Captain, but too cheap to pay someone to build my house. Had lots if friends & family on hand to help. If I were to build another, BB is the way I would go again. Did a lot if pre research and they look the best to me.
Now if there were just a selling thread here to sell my braces, lol

Sorry guys, been out of pocket. I have 36 full braces, and a couple of spare parts. These are the original 3 piece braces, with a box channel 8' tall that attaches to the ICF blocks, then the brace attaches to that with one bolt and then screws to the floor or tapcons to the slab with one screw, the walkboard scaffolds hang on the same bolt that the adjustment brace uses. They go up fast and easy by one man. The brace that attaches to the floor screws in or out to straighten the walls prior to concrete. There is a metal frame that all the braces are stored and moved in. They are weathered and the paint is coming off the box channel part, but lots of usage still in them. I'd like to get $3000 and could deliver within a reasonable distance of Southeast Mo. We are still currently building our house. Stacked/poured the walls July 25-27th this year. Pex in the floor for heat, will spray 7" open cell foam inder the roof decking. I am away from home until next Wednesday evening. Greg [email protected]

Another member says these are BluMax brand braces. Heavy, but strong. I get a big discount on shipping, so I could ship them just about anywhere. If you're building your house yourself, like me, these would serve you well.
