Hello, I am looking for an experienced ICF architect/ engineer to help with my garage apartment. I know what I want it to look like, but I need help engineering it out and drawing the plans. The project will be located outside of city limits near Huntington, WV. We would like to begin soon.

We specialize in ICF construction we can design/build as well as installations, we've been building ICF structures for over 15 years and about 4 years ago brought the architecture in house and use a couple of different PE's for the structurals and the stamps. You are within our territory, do you plan on doing the install yourself or are you going to contract that out?

Georgewbus,
I recently went thru process finding ICF architect/draftsmen.
If you doing complex build multiple corners offset walls you may need best in the ICF industry. If you building house with few corners or apartment/garage like in your case and have hard time finding experience ICF architect I would suggest go with someone that may not have prior ICF experience but is willing and exited to work with you and ICF structure, you will get way more mileage out of person like that than someone that has done few ICF buildings and maybe few more ICF basements.
