Hi everybody, we are about to list for sale our ICF home (Ontario, Canada) and not sure how much more to ask relative to a stick home. I realize that there are many factors that can affect the price, but, from your experience, how much on average will an ICF home will be sold for more than a similar stick home? Thanks!

If you have utility bills to show that yours cost less then a stick built, amortize that over 25 years to get what it would save prospective purchaser.
As a rule ICF homes have less upkeep then a stick built.
If you are in a noisy neighbour hood, ICF would be an advantage.
ICF homes don't as a rule have mould or rot.
The point is you will have to SHOW why you are asking more money.
