Does anyone know if manufacturers (and which ones) produce a Class A rated roof using SIP construction?  thx.

UL there are many, Alumashield, Metenco......... But unfortunately they are primarily used for cladding and have poor span capabilities, in many cases rely on a sub-structure for support

I looked up these SIP companies you mentioned, and they have been consolidated thru Merger&Aquisition, and I really found information on the PVC membranes used (inherently fire resistant because of the poly brominated flame retardant materials), but these thin membranes could not be used for a roof, except when combined with a SIP with two hard outer surfaces and the foam in the middle. I am searching for the company that has TESTED their SIP with a fire testing company for a CLASS A Fire Rating. I have yet to find one. I have found companies that claim CLASS B, but not one yet with CLASS A. If you or anyone else can help with this, I surely would be appreciative. thx.

I met with John Nordstrom, CEO with LEEP Core about 6 weeks ago, but he said their panels were a "Class A" but I have not investigated any further

We use Blazeguard with our osb sip's, I think most sip manufacturers offer it as an option. They do have a class A flame spread rating

We will have a class A rating as soon as we can get the lab time to pass the test.  We have applied for the lab time and expect to be tested within a month.

I have done much research on SIPS and have found ThermaSave to be an outstanding product.  It is resistant to water, winds of over 200 mph, and earthquakes.  By the way ThermaSave has an ICC approval-not many can say that.
