Has anyone used any of the SIP package kits available? I am in the early stage of planning a demolition/SIP kit construction primary residence project in S.E. PA. Are the kits as simple to assemble as led to believe? Can a framing crew construct a 2000 sf kit in a few days? Interior would be my job afterwards. Thanks all! And I have learned much from this forum.

Glemser,
The answer is yes. Unless you have chosen a complicated design, your foundation is not level and square, you make a lot of field changes to the shell, the SIPs were incorrectly fabricated, and/or the SIPs were poorly manufactured.
