Sorry if this is a little off topic but I am building a floatation tank for my house.  These are made commercially but run several thousand dollars. It is basically a rectangular shaped box filled with 10" of heated water saturated with epsom salt that you float in.

Most commercial manufacturers use 2 fiberglass layers with insulation between to build the box. The box is approx. 8'x 4' x4'.

My plan was to use plywood exterior, 1.5 inch rigid foam board for insulation with 2x2 framing, then frp panel for the interior.  It would have a pool liner inside so it would not need to hold water, just be lightproof, insulated and strong enough to hold the 10" of water inside.

That's when I came across SIPs.

Can anyone tell me who I could contact and what i could expect to pay for a SIP along these lines?

Thanks in advance.  I apologize if this is off topic.

You could also get a price on OSB skin SIPS from General Panel (http://www.generalpanel.com/default.asp) They have the most competitive prices I've seen for OSB skins, EPS core panels. If you are doing an FRP coating there is no advantage to using metal panels. There is also little additional cost for thick panels so you may want the additional insulation of a thicker panel. The main issue will be how well you water proof the FRP coating and fasten/support the side walls. I think their price range is under $4.00 square foot.
