Hi!

We're starting a SIP business here in Alaska and we're looking for a press to build jumbo panels using EPS cores.  If you even have a line on some EPS block molding equipment, we'd be interested in looking at that, too.  This is as serious business venture that we hope to launch within the next few months.

A side-note: we haven't ruled out the possibility of building these panels out of polyurethane foam.  Do you have a line on some reasonable equipment we could use for this purpose?  The heated molds and PU spraying gear?

Thanks,

Eric Treider

The same in Kansas City, Missouri. Nearing the purchase of plant and equipment. We are in search of PU manufacturing equipment to begin SIPs manufacturing. Interested financial partners as well. Fully automated PU only SIPs manufacturing equipment. Thanks Bill Harris email: [email protected]

I am passing on your information, as I have worked on this same interests for several years.  We are working with an engineer on the equipment aspect and believe he is hands-on very capable guy and has a solid depth of knowledge in plastics, mechanics, and manufacturing.  It is my hope that Scott can help us all with our quest to produce a quality, fast, and efficient PU SIPs production line.

Dear Ericl,

We can supply SIP production lines that use hot-melt adhesive (like Jawat) on a rolling spreader from China. An automatic catcher and a sucker put everything in place. After that, the composited panel goes through a rolling press and it is done. The whole process takes less than 5 minutes. In this sense, the panel length is not limited. But the width is confined to 4 feet.

This line is for EPS and Xps foam cores. If PU core is intended, better make it into a slab and have it glued to the MgO sheathing boards.

The supplier makes 4' x 8'/10'/12' flat presses. But they cannot make 8' x 24'.

Hope this info is of any use to you.

Sam
