Can anyone guide me to neutral party information on SIP homes resale value? Somewhere I read that the value is maybe 4% higher than a comparable stick frame house. Can't find this page now, though. When I say neutral I mean not an industry assertion, but rather a government or real estate industry claim. Thank you. Kavade, PS- I finished my SIP home a year ago. I love it.
