That looks like an interesting (& expensive) project. It looks like a SIP clad steel frame building (elevated on a very heavy two-way deck). I'm curious where this is in Texas. I assume this is in a coastal high flood zone area? Do you have any photos from the construction or other sides?

Torben,
Sabine Pass, TX.
we sold the project, but very often do not get a chance to get photos back
a potential customer from Houston drove to the job to see the panels in person and was nice enough to send me the photos >

Great project! Chris are they going to add any finishes to the exterior? I would add add a tall stucco wainescot to the lower wall to prevent denting.

Jeff,
the photos are recent but the project is actually 3 years old, the exterior seems to be funtioning well.
The facilities manager spoke to the photographer and said he thought the standing seam roof was a waste of money and they should have utilized the bare panel skin as the finished roof.
the manager also stated that "HVAC costs for this building as no comparison with the CMU/brick-on-stilts gym in the school"
