I'm a board member of a RV Park in Florida. We have a site development plan to add 50 cabins (high heat and humidity, not to mention storms). While we don't have the current capital to build out all the infrastructure and purchase all the cabin I've been searching the internet to find information on Park Model cabins. They are restrictive in size (400 ft or less) as well as have to be built on a wheel bed. I'm a BIG fan of SIPS and their inherit strength as well as insulation and can not find any Park Model built with SIPS. Am I not looking the right places? Seems to be a no brainier building application since all the current Park Model builder brag about their R14 insulation - lol. Anyone with information or wanting to help develop a plan for (3) non-plumbed / no kitchen duplex 2 bedroom unit are welcomed to comment.

Madmac514,
if you are in Florida , you should visit the current tiny house build in Ybor City (Tampa) at 1500 - 15th St.

I saw that which prompted my thread. Change the door orientation and add a second door, put a wall down the middle, place it on a wheeled frame - and I have my cabins. Is it that easy ?
